1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the rules and guidelines for utilizing the ChatAbok platform. Our primary goal is to maintain a safe, welcoming, and age-appropriate environment for all children.

2. Anti-Bullying and Zero Harassment Policy

ChatAbok enforces a strict Zero Tolerance policy regarding bullying. All children have the right to a safe digital experience without fear of intimidation. The following acts of bullying will result in immediate multi-day suspensions and parental notification:

• Verbal Bullying: Name-calling, insulting, or making derogatory marks regarding race, religion, or ability.
• Social Intimidation: Excluding children intentionally, spreading rumors, or forming private groups to mock others.
• Threats: Any threatening language implying physical harm or repeated harassment cross-platform.

3. Further Prohibited Actions

Beyond bullying, users must strictly respect the community. The following actions will result in immediate suspension driven by our AI moderation engine:

• Using banned profanity, adult language, or explicit terminology.
• Sharing personal identifying information (PII) such as phone numbers, exact addresses, or school names.
• Attempting to bypass the age-restricted chatrooms or connecting with individuals far outside your age demographic.

4. Enforcement

The ChatAbok AI live-scans all network traffic. Violators will face automatic temporary room suspension and incident reports will instantly be mirrored to their Parent Desktop.
