By creating a parent account and enrolling a child on ChatAbok, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. You grant our continuous AI moderation engine the legal authority to monitor, log, and action upon metadata generated within the application environment to preserve safety directives.
Parents are the ultimate arbitrators of their children's accounts. By creating an account for your child, you assert that you are their legal guardian and you assume absolute liability for their conduct inside our chat environments. Furthermore, administrators and moderators reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account at their sole discretion. Such decisions are final.
As outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy, bullying is severely prohibited. Violations of this term are grounds for permanent account termination without compensation. ChatAbok reserves the right to terminate access to any user found engaging in hate speech, intimidation, or predatory behavior.
All chat transcripts are securely encrypted. By utilizing the service, you consent to ChatAbok running analytical AI over the text to generate Risk Scores solely for internal safety. We do not sell this data to external advertisers.
ChatAbok endeavors to maintain a 100% safe environment, however, no algorithm is flawless. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatAbok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
